Bitsbaker provides the Coloring Book app on iOS/iPadOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). This Service is provided as-is.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the Service.

• All app data is stored only on your local device.
• Personal (identifiable) data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• There is no account creation or login.
• When you delete the app, private data stored on your device is deleted with it.

Information Collection and Use

We do not directly collect your personal information. To improve app quality and reliability, we may process the following anonymous data:

• Crash Reports: In case of an error, crash reports may be sent to Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We configure these reports to be anonymous and use them only to analyze issues and improve stability.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns may be sent to TelemetryDeck. These statistics do not include information that directly identifies you.

Third-Party Services

• Anonymous crash reporting service by Apple and/or Google
• TelemetryDeck for anonymous usage analytics
• RevenueCat for anonymous processing and storage of App Store or Google Play payment receipt information, including subscription and one-time purchase receipts.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy (Under 13)

The Service is suitable for children under the age of 13. We design the app to avoid collecting personal data from children and comply with United States COPPA and EU/EEA GDPR requirements for children’s data:

• We do not create accounts, request names, emails, or other identifiers from children.
• We do not transmit children’s personal data to our servers; all personal data (if any) remains on the child’s device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
• Any data sent outside the device is strictly anonymous (e.g., de-identified crash reports and usage statistics) and cannot be used to identify a child.
• We do not use children’s data for targeted advertising or profiling.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child provided personal information to us (for example, via a support ticket), please create and submit a support ticket at https://support.bitsbaker.com/coloringbook and we will delete such information promptly.

For EU/EEA users: because the app does not process children’s personal data, parental consent under GDPR Article 8 is not required for app use. If you create a support ticket and provide personal data to our support channel, we process that data only to respond to the request and then delete it within a reasonable period.
