Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coloring Book mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Provider and Platforms

The App is provided by Bitsbaker LLC. (“Bitsbaker”). The App is available on iOS/iPadOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play. Bitsbaker LLC. is located at: 709-10, 7F, 1612, Bongyeong-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, and is the entity responsible under these Terms & Conditions.

Free and Paid Features

• The App includes free features available to all users.
• The App offers paid access to all books (“Pro”) either as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time, lifetime purchase.
• Previously offered one-time purchases (per individual book or for all books) remain valid and continue to grant the access they included.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by Bitsbaker.
• Pricing and other commerce terms are displayed in the store interface before you complete a purchase.
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and grant lifetime access to the purchased content on the platform account used for the purchase, subject to the applicable store’s policies.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your platform account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price displayed in the store.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
• Refunds, where permitted, are handled in accordance with the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play policies and terms. Where the platform’s policies allow, you may request a refund through the respective platform. Bitsbaker does not issue refunds directly unless required by applicable law.

License and Acceptable Use

Bitsbaker grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store rules. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or usage rules of the App or the stores.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms or store policies.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for any charges incurred from your mobile operator or internet provider.
• Some features may require an active internet connection. Bitsbaker is not responsible if the App does not function due to lack of connectivity, device limitations, or service interruptions beyond our control.

Third‑Party Services

The App may integrate third‑party services provided by Apple or Google for purchases and account management, and other third‑party services as disclosed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of such services may be governed by the third parties’ terms and privacy policies.

Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle data. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes, Updates, and Availability

We may update or modify the App and/or these Terms from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use. If you do not accept updated Terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall the App. We may suspend or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end and you must cease using the App and delete it from your devices.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitsbaker disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitsbaker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the App. In all cases, Bitsbaker’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or the affected paid feature during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if higher.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and the applicable ordinances of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bitsbaker regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Please review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
